Payment methods

PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER KLARNA:

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is always made to Klarna:

  • Invoice: The payment term is 30 days from the shipment of the goods/ticket/or, for other services, from the provision of the service.   • Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR) or under the other conditions specified at checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice.   • Sofort: Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order.
  • Direct debit: The debit will occur after the goods have been shipped. The timing will be communicated to you via email. (Please only list payment methods here that you also offer.)

For payment, we offer you the following payment methods in cooperation with Shopify Payments: 
- Debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro
- Bancontact
- SOFORT
- Klarna Invoice

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase, and direct debit requires a positive credit check. Therefore, we forward your data to Klarna during the purchase initiation and contract processing for the purpose of address and credit checks. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. BANCONTACT:

In cooperation with Bancontact Payconiq Company, Rue d'Arlon 82, 1040 Brussels, Belgium, we offer the payment method "Bancontact." The prerequisite is that your bank account supports payment via Bancontact. The payment is made directly to us. During the payment process, you will be redirected to your bank's secure environment and can initiate the payment after logging into your online banking account.

GOOGLE PAY:

You can pay with Google Pay during the ordering process. For this, you must confirm the payment via the mobile app "Google Pay" on a supported device while following verification steps. APPLE PAY:

You can pay with Apple Pay during the ordering process. For this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device while following verification steps.
