SHIPPING
Depending on the piece of jewelry, your order will either be shipped directly from our warehouse in Osnabrück or individually made for you. In both cases, the shipment is sent as an insured package, safely and lovingly packed. We ship worldwide, but currently not to China, India, and Russia.
You can find the delivery times on the respective product pages. If you order multiple pieces of jewelry, we will ship them together as soon as the piece with the longest production time is finished.
Cancellation of your order is generally not possible once it has been placed. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation and wish to make changes or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible kontakt@nellaundsina.de. We are happy to check if a cancellation is possible, but we cannot guarantee it.
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you have any questions, we are happy to assist you.

DUTIES & TAXES
For deliveries within the European Union, we cover all applicable customs fees and taxes. No additional charges will be incurred upon delivery in these countries.
For all international orders, import duties and taxes may be charged by the recipient country. We have no control over these costs and cannot cover or refund them. Since the amounts vary by country, we recommend checking with the relevant customs authorities in advance.
