IMPORTANT UPDATE

Since 12 August, the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) has applied across the European Union. As a result, we have had to temporarily suspend shipping to several countries. We are already working to meet the relevant requirements for as many countries as possible. At the same time, we very much hope that the PPWR will be amended, making international shipping easier again in the future.

Update on other EU countries

We’re very sorry we’ve had to pause shipping to several EU countries due to new EU packaging requirements (PPWR). The European Parliament is expected to consider proposals to ease some requirements for smaller businesses as early as October. We hope this will help us offer shipping to more countries, although the outcome is still open.

Meanwhile, we’re working to expand our shipping destinations. Luxembourg, Italy and France are already confirmed for the end of October at the latest, and we look forward to adding more countries soon.

Depending on the piece of jewelry, your order will either be shipped directly from our warehouse in Osnabrück or individually made for you. In both cases, the shipment is sent as an insured package, safely and lovingly packed. We ship worldwide, but currently not to China, India, and Russia.

You can find the delivery times on the respective product pages. If you order multiple pieces of jewelry, we will ship them together as soon as the piece with the longest production time is finished.

Cancellation of your order is generally not possible once it has been placed. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation and wish to make changes or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible kontakt@nellaundsina.de. We are happy to check if a cancellation is possible, but we cannot guarantee it.
