You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nelly Günther, Kiefernstraße 2, 49565 Bramsche, telephone number: 054619967984, email address: kontakt@nellaundsina.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using a suitably designated button ("Withdraw from contract" or a similar designation) on our website (nellasina.de/). If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by email), containing information about the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.
You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website (nellasina.de/). If you use this option, we will promptly send you (e.g., by email) confirmation that we have received such a withdrawal statement.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that the services for which the contract provides for payment of a price should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you notify us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract corresponds.
Reasons for exclusion or expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.
In the case of a contract for the provision of services that obliges the consumer to pay a price, the right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the service if the consumer has expressly consented, before performance begins, to the entrepreneur beginning performance of the service before the withdrawal period expires and has confirmed their knowledge that their right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the contract by the entrepreneur.
In the case of a contract under which the consumer has expressly requested that the entrepreneur visit them to carry out repair work, the right of withdrawal expires upon complete performance of the repair services if the consumer has expressly consented, before performance begins, to the entrepreneur beginning performance of the repair services before the withdrawal period expires.
