Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Goods are delivered worldwide.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order.
Orders over €150.00 are delivered free of shipping charges.
International deliveries:
We charge the following flat shipping fees for international deliveries:
Austria: €7.90
Netherlands: €7.90
Switzerland: €12.00
Australia: €15.00
New Zealand: €15.00
Orders over €300.00 are delivered internationally free of shipping charges.
Provision of digital gift cards:
No shipping costs are charged for the provision of digital gift cards.
Digital gift cards are provided via a link sent to you by email.
This email containing the access details for providing the digital gift cards will be sent within 24 hours of conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Delivery times
Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 18 - 20 business days and internationally within 25 - 30 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

When paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days.
