Use of Page Insights 
On our fan page, we use the "Page Insights" analytics function of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland; "Facebook").
Meta Platforms Ireland and we are joint controllers for data processing in connection with the Page Insights analytics function. This is based on an agreement on joint processing of personal data, which can be accessed at https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum).
Meta Platforms Ireland assumes primary responsibility under the GDPR for data processing and fulfills all obligations under the GDPR with regard to the processing of this data, including the information obligations under Articles 12 and 13 GDPR, the rights of data subjects under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR, and the security requirements under Articles 32 to 34 GDPR. In addition, Meta Platforms Ireland will make the substance of the agreement on joint processing available to the data subjects.
The Page Insights function serves the purposes of advertising and market research, in order to provide you with more relevant content and develop new functions that are of interest to you. Meta Platforms Ireland uses cookies that enable analysis of your visits to the fan page. The information generated by the cookies about your use of the fan page is generally transmitted to Facebook servers in the USA and stored there. An adequacy decision by the EU Commission, the Trans-Atlantic Data Privacy Framework (TADPF), is in place for the USA. Facebook has certified itself under the TADPF and has thereby undertaken to comply with European data protection principles.
Processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, arising from our overriding legitimate interest in targeted advertising and the targeted design of the fan page.

Rights of the data subject
Provided the statutory requirements are met, you have the following rights under Articles 15 to 20 GDPR: the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability.

Right to object
