We use REVIEWS.io to collect customer reviews of NELLA & SINA and display them in our online shop.

Review verification

REVIEWS.io labels reviews submitted through a review invitation after a purchase as “Verified Buyer” or “Verified Order.” The link to the purchase is established through the invitation sent after the transaction.

The label refers to the underlying purchase. It does not mean that every statement in a review has been checked for factual accuracy. For reviews without a verification label, this label does not confirm that a purchase took place.

Selection of displayed customer reviews

In the review carousels on our homepage and on all product pages, we display a selection of four- and five-star reviews. This selection does not represent all reviews submitted.

Up to 35 additional reviews can be accessed via the “View reviews” link in the carousel. Clicking “Read all reviews” then takes you to our public REVIEWS.io profile. There, you can view our company reviews and product reviews.

Selected reviews from our Etsy shop may also appear on our homepage and product pages. These are labeled accordingly as “Etsy Order” in the review carousel and are stored as third-party reviews on REVIEWS.io. They are not currently displayed on our public REVIEWS.io profile.
